Gateway to Wilbury House

Wilbury House

A rather friendly apparition haunts Wilbury House (of which the gates are pictured above) – that of a ghostly Labrador Retriever that accompanies visitors up the drive. Coxe also mentions that the locals talk of strange noises and a phantom parson, but does not clarify whether they relate to Wilbury House or elsewhere in the village.
